Novem Residence

Novem Residence is located at 9/8 Bagrevand (in front of the Ministry of Defense) and consists of 9 residential houses.

The neighbourhood has an outdoor swimming pool and a green area only for residents. One of the features of Novem is the underground parking area, which ensures safer and more comfortable parking for cars. Each house will have individual cooling and centralized heating systems, a private courtyard, as well as a usable flat roof.
