On December 10, the Managing Director Development EMEA of Best Western Hotels – Stefan Dubbeling and the CEO of New City Projects – Vahe Davtyan signed a cooperation agreement for the management and public presentation of the premium-class Pallada complex, currently under construction in the heart of Tsaghkadzor.
During the event, the parties presented the vision of the Pallada project, emphasizing that the introduction of elevated service standards is already underway. Pallada is set to become a new benchmark of quality in Armenia’s tourism, investment, and residential real estate sectors.
Located adjacent to Tsaghkadzor’s central Tsaghkunyats Square, Pallada is a unique project for the region. It combines everyday comfort, a healthy environment, leisure, and active recreation, introducing a new culture of mountain living. The complex will consist of 8 buildings, with each apartment designed as a full-fledged hotel room equipped with high-quality service standards. Best Western Hotels’ involvement will ensure compliance with international requirements and continuous quality monitoring.
The project is designed to offer year-round recreation, sports, and wellness opportunities, making it an attractive destination for both tourists and investors. Pallada stands out as a residential complex that is ideal for both permanent living and vacation stays.
Within the complex, 137 apartments will operate as Best Western Premier, 43 apartments as Best Western Apartments, and more than 600 units will function as Best Western Residences — a residential segment with full management and service packages entrusted to an experienced property management company.
The signing of the agreement highlights Best Western Hotels’ interest in the development of Armenia’s tourism sector, as well as New City Projects’ ongoing commitment to implementing high-quality initiatives that meet international standards.
For New City Projects, Pallada is more than another construction initiative, but an important investment project aimed at enhancing Tsaghkadzor’s tourism appeal and introducing a new level of quality and environment for the entire region. The partnership with Best Western Hotels will ensure internationally compliant service, ongoing quality control, and the long-term sustainable development of the complex.
