From now on, Avan administrative district has a new address: 39/25, where Acharyan residential complex has opened its doors to residents. On August 30, the official grand opening ceremony of the first building of the complex took place, attended by the building residents and the Head of Avan administrative district.
This previously undeveloped and uninhabited area has been transformed into a modern residential area in 4 years, combining innovative architectural solutions, comfort and the necessary accomodations for community life.
